10 oz. Quick charbroiled fresh fish fillet, sautéed in lemon butter
sauce with wine, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeños and fresh
garlic.

FISH CANCUN
10 oz. Fresh fish fillet, sautéed in butter sauce, garlic and cilantro,
topped with crab meat, shrimp, scallops and sliced bell peppers.

SEAFOOD AL VAPOR
8 oz. Fresh fish fillet and (3) jumbo shrimp wrapped in aluminum
foil, with spices, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, cilantro and
butter lemon sauce.

EL PANCHITO
(1) Eggplant stuffed with crab meat, shrimp, scallops and chile
con queso sauce.
