Sauteed fish, sauteed shrimp on lemon butter sauce on a bed of sauteed
spinach, served with vegetables and white rice.
FISH CHOLULA
Choice of grilled salmon or tilapia over a bed of Poblano rice and topped
with poblano pepper and lemon butter sauce, served with grilled veggies
and tortilla soup.
FISH CANCUN
10 oz. Fresh fish fillet, sautéed in butter sauce, garlic and cilantro, topped with crab meat, shrimp, scallops and sliced bell peppers.
EL PANCHITO
(1) Eggplant stuffed with crab meat, shrimp, scallops and chile con queso sauce.
SHRIMP ACAPULCO
(6) Jumbo shrimp lightly breaded, fried and topped with Ranchero sauce and cheese.
SHRIMP POBLANO
Shrimp sautéed in a cream sauce with Poblano peppers, onions, cilantro, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
SEAFOOD AL VAPOR
8 oz. Fresh fish fillet and (3) jumbo shrimp wrapped in aluminum foil, with spices, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, cilantro and butter lemon sauce.
