CHILE CON QUESO ENCHILADAS
(2) Cheddar cheese enchiladas covered with chile con queso.
CHEESE ENCHILADAS
(2) Cheese enchiladas covered with beef gravy, onions and
cheddar cheese.
SERGITO ENCHILADAS
Corn tortillas filled with grilled white cheese and topped with
tomatillo and cilantro sauce, sour cream, and Mexican white
cheese. Served with grilled half chicken breast.

GROUND BEEF ENCHILADAS
(2) Ground beef enchiladas covered with beef gravy and
cheddar cheese.

FAJITA ENCHILADAS
(2) Beef or chicken fajita enchiladas topped with chili meat and
cheddar cheese.

LAS RICAS
(2) Chicken ranchero enchiladas, topped with beef gravy,
Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream.

ENCHILADAS VERDES
(2) Chicken fajita enchiladas covered with tomatillo sauce, sour
cream and avocados.

TOMATILLO ENCHILADAS
(2) Enchiladas mixed with Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese,
covered with tomatillo sauce, avocados and sour cream, served
with a 6 oz. Rib Eye steak.

MEXICO ENCHILADAS
(2) Fresh home-made corn tortillas, filled with chicken breast
cooked in mole sauce, (traditional sauce that combines a blend
of chiles, onions, garlic and Mexican chocolate) topped with
Mexican cheese and sour cream.

ENCHILADAS DEL RIO 
(2) Flour tortillas filled with shrimp, crab meat and cheese, topped
with ranchero sauce, sour cream and fresh sliced avocados,
served with rice and borracho beans.

SPINACH ENCHILADAS 
(2) Whole wheat tortillas filled with sautéed spinach and topped
with Ranchera sauce and cheese. Served with white rice and
black bean soup.
ENCHILADAS DEL MAR
(2) Corn tortillas filled with sauteed scallops, shrimp and crab meat, topped
with Ranchera sauce. Served with Poblano rice.
