beef fajitas.

4 oz. fish fillet, (3) jumbo shrimp, beef, chicken fajitas and pork
carnitas.

BABY BACK RIBS
Covered with delicious BBQ sauce.

LA SUEGRA
Beef and chicken fajitas, fresh jumbo shrimp, onions, tomatoes,
bell, jalapeño and Poblano peppers, sautéed with spices.

STEAK AND SHRIMP
10 oz. Rib Eye steak chargrilled, served with (3) grilled jumbo
shrimp, covered with gallito sauce (made with tomatoes, onions,
peppers, wine and butter).

RIB EYE STEAK
10 oz. Charbroiled Rib Eye steak, served on a bed of grilled onions,
garnished with tomatoes and bell peppers.

EL GORDITO
Chicken and beef fajitas, covered with Poblano pepper and
cheese and bacon. Served with four butterfly jumbo shrimp.

MAR Y TIERRA
1/4 Lb. of beef and chicken fajitas with Los Cucos sauce and (4)
bacon wrapped Jumbo Shrimp.

STEAK A LA TAMPIQUEÑA
4 oz. Rib Eye steak, (1) cheese enchilada and (1) chicken
enchilada with green sauce.
